Biography Doug Weimer Born 1938 in Rochester, NY Graduated San Diego State College, 1962 EdD from University of Rochester, 1975 Retired after thirty years in the Rochester City School District as an English teacher, 1993. Married to Barbara, 1991. Adopted a 20-month-old Cambodian girl, Chetta, in 2001, Has one daughter from a previous marriage, Kristen, 36. Presently lives in Florida in the winter, Rochester (Hilton) in the summer, owns two waterfront homes. Hobbies Sailing on his 40’ sailboat. Has sailed to numerous countries throughout the Carribean, including Cuba, Mexico, Belize and Honduras. Other hobbies: reading, gardening, poker, stock market probabilities, tennis, bicycling.
